一、个人简介
韩炎兵，2014年于郑州大学材料科学与工程学院获学士学位，2019年于复旦大学材料科学系获理学博士学位（直博），2016-2018年作为国家公派联合培养博士在美国国家可再生能源实验室（NREL）访问学习。2019年至今在郑州大学物理学院工作，目前主持博士后面上二等资助、博士后特别资助、河南省科技攻关计划、河南省青年基金等项目。实验室拥有成熟的氧、硫化物半导体和相关电子器件制备、表征设备。
