1982年毕业于郑州工业大学获学士学位,1988年毕业于郑州工业大学获硕士学位,1989-1990年赴日本九州工业大学研修,1995年毕业于华中科技大学获博士学位。现为中国粮油学会信息与自动化分会副会长,中国人工智能学会理事,中国粮油学会理事,河南工业大学计算机应用技术河南省重点学科学科带头人,河南省科技创新杰出人才基金获得者,面向粮食行业的信息技术研究河南省创新型科技团队主要负责人,粮食信息处理与控制教育部重点实验室主要负责人,粮食信息处理河南省工程技术研究中心主要负责人。
