闫溢哲,男,1987年1月生,博士,副教授,硕士生导师,河南省高校科技创新人才,河南省青年托举人才,河南省教育厅学术技术带头人,河南省高等学校青年骨干教师。现任郑州轻工业大学食品与生物工程学院学科秘书,中国轻工业食品低温加工与安全控制重点实验室办公室主任,河南省食品科学技术学会理事。
