吕灵灵，女，汉族， 河南偃师人，1983年1月生，博士、副教授、硕士生导师，河南省青年骨干教师，华北水利水电大学创新培育团队带头人，河南省一级重点学科控制科学和工程骨干教师。
研究领域或方向：鲁棒控制，周期系统，智能电网与可持续能源。

1999-2003年于河南大学数学与信息科学学院学习，2003年获理学学士学位
2003-2006年于河南大学数学与信息科学学院学习，2006年获理学硕士学位
2006-2010年于哈尔滨工业大学航天学院学习，2010年获工学博士学位
