英国谢菲尔德大学自动控制与系统工程博士，博士师从系统辨识领域权威Stephen Billings教授和英国皇家工程院院士Geoffrey Tomlinson教授。2008-2017任职于谢菲尔德大学自动控制与系统工程系和该校的英国核工业先进制造研究中心（国家级实验室），受聘为Research Associate、Control Systems Engineer；2017-2018任职于英国Spiro Control公司，受聘为Senior Research Engineer，同时担任切斯特大学博士生导师；2018年10月回国任职华北水利水电大学，受聘为****、智能制造与管理研究中心副主任。
近年来与谢菲尔德大学信号处理与复杂系统研究中心、罗尔斯-罗伊斯公司材料阻尼大学技术中心、波音公司先进制造研究中心、英国核工业先进制造研究中心及切斯特大学能源中心密切合作，先后主持参与欧盟项目2项、英国国家级项目6项，在机器学习与信号处理、阻尼技术与材料、先进制造技术、工业控制与监测等领域取得了一系列重要成果，代表作如下，
