1.导师基本情况
岳晓月,女,1989年10月生,2011年毕业于河南科技大学,食品质量安全专业,获工学学士学位。2014年毕业西北农林科技大学,食品科学专业,获工学硕士学位。2017年获西北农林科技大学食品科学专业工学博士学位。2017年6月至今,郑州请工业大学,食品与生物工程学院,讲师(校聘副教授)。
主要研究方向:
(1)食品安全因子快速识别与控制;
(2)食品安全因子电化学及荧光传感器开发;
