2.1 Would you like to talk about your practical experiences?
Thanks for your question! I have not experienced any important practice related to my major off campus, but what I have done during my summer holiday of sophomore year really benefited me a lot. I took a part-time job as a salesman of electrical appliances. My job was to introduce particular product to customer in detail, which required me to remember all the information about the product and express it clearly according to customers’ need. At first it was hard for me, so I spent lots of time to make notes and practice in front of the mirror, until I could do it skillfully and confidently. The experience of selling taught me the importance of professional ability, which is built on the base of large amounts of practice and repetition.Besides, I participating in the English speech contest held by my university later in the same year, maybe encouraged by the selling experience, and luckily, I got the second prize. And during the competition, I made acquaintance of many excellent schoolmates and learned much from them.
By such precious experiences, I have improved my communication ability and strengthened my will power. And I do believe I could always benefit from them. That's all, thank you!

谢谢你的提问！我没有做过与本专业相关的校外重要实践，但是大二暑假的实践经历令我获益匪浅。当时我去做了兼职的电器销售。我的工作是要向顾客详细地介绍产品，这就要求我不得不记住与产品相关的所有信息，并根据不同的顾客需求，流利地阐述出来。刚开始这对我来说挺难的，因此我就花了大把时间去记笔记，并且在镜子面前反复练习，直到我能够熟练且自信地说出产品介绍。这次销售经历让我懂得了业务能力的重要性，而业务能力又是建立在大量练习和重复的基础之上。此外，后来那一年我又参加了学校举办的英语演讲比赛，可能是因为受到了那次销售经历的鼓励，而且我很幸运地得了二等奖。在比赛期间，我有幸结识了很多的校友，并且从他们身上学到很多东西。
通过这些宝贵的实践经历，我与人沟通的能力得到了改善，自己的意志力也更强大了。我相信自己能从中受益良久。谢谢！
2.2 What have you learned from the job (internship) experience?
I worked as a part-time teacher in primary school. What I need is to correct their homework, prepare for class and communicate with students after class. In the process of teaching, I learn to be patient and responsible because it is difficult for little child to learn new things and they need cares and loves from teacher. Besides, I am likely to be more outgoing than ever. In class I need to answer different questions from students and to talk more with my student after class. In a word, this temporary internship is beneficial for my future job and I gain a lot experience from it.
你从工作（实习）经历中学到了什么？
我曾作为一位小学的兼职老师，我日常做的就是批改学生的作业，备课及课下时与学生互动。在教学过程中，我变得更有耐心和负责任，因为对于小孩子接触新事物是不容易的，且他们需要来自老师更多的关怀。另外，我的性格比之前更开朗活泼了，因为在课堂上需要解答学生不同的问题，课下需要和学生进行沟通交流。总而言之，这次短期的实习工作对我未来的工作很有帮助，且我从中收获了很多经验。
2.3 Tell us something about your previous work?
Thank you for your question! I have been working as a legal assistant in a small company ever since I graduated from college 2 years ago. In the first a few months, I was mainly responsible for checking contracts and some other legal documents, which required nothing but patience and carefulness. In this period, I made a few mistakes, from which I learned the lesson that do what you do and do it well. Later on, my boss wanted me to be in charge of some simple legal issues, such as copyright infringement of some pictures, renewal of a contracts and so on. Now I am vice director of the legal department, responsible for daily legal issues.

谢谢你的问题！自从我两年前大学毕业以来，我一直在一家小公司做法务助理。在最初的几个月里，我主要负责检查合同和其他一些法律文件，这是一个只需要耐心和细心就能完成的工作。在这段时间里，我犯过一些错误，并从中学到了一个真理：做一件事，就要把它做好。后来，我的老板想让我负责一些简单的法律事务，比如一些图片的版权侵权问题还有合同的续约等等。现在我是法律部副主任，负责公司日常的法律事务。
2.4 Please describe your job for us.
OK, my job is a teacher. In the beginning, I was an assistant and learned from those experienced teachers. Through it, I have known how to intrigue students and lead them to learn something with pleasure. For example, playing games not only encourages students to join the class, but also makes it easy to know some new knowledge and its usage. After one semester, I stood on the platform and taught students by myself. I planned every lesson carefully and made summaries on time. After class, I was active to communicate with my students and their parents and make some suggestions for their study.
The job has offered me a chance to strengthen my theoretical foundation, and I love it more than before. By teaching, I have improved my communication skills and problem-solving abilities. What I have done has been praised by the students' parents
and other experienced teachers. But for me, what is most precious is the progress that my students have made.
